The Ibanez K7 is based on a regular 7 string RG model tailored to fit the eclectic needs of Korn’s guitarists “Munky” and “Head”. This particular one is Munky’s version, finished in Fire Spark Blue. A body made out of mahogany allows for a great low frequency resonance while 5 – piece maple and bubinga neck helps with neck stability. Very flat and fast 17 inch radius rosewood fingerboard with a “K-7” inlay on a twelve fret makes this guitar extremely easy to play. The K7 is fitted with a pair of custom DiMarzio PAF 7s, a three-way switch and a single volume knob. One of the most unique features about this guitar is the seemingly typical Lo-Pro Edge 7 tremolo bridge which has been modified to use with the U-bar – a handle bar created as an alternative to the traditional tremolo arm.
The guitar is in great condition, top surface signed by the Korn band members.
