This guitar makes you (and us) curious. It’s difficult not to have some opinion about it. The most prominent feature is the honeycomb-shaped carved top, the monkey grip and multicolor inlays. So you’re intrigued. You pick it up and you think “okay, this is interesting”, which quickly becomes “this is really nice!” after you strum a chord or play a riff. The custom Lace Alumitone pickups provide focused sound, with an accent on mids and higher mids – they cut really well in the mix. Playability is also great – the neck is comfortable and the access to higher notes – unobstructed. The guitar is carved by hand (except for the top), this is a full “custom” build.
The guitar is in great condition and has only very minor signs of use.
