Our liability for damages towards consumers is governed by the applicable provisions of Polish law, and any exclusions of liability in this Section shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and never in cases of willful misconduct.

In B2B transactions (with commercial entities), you agree to indemnify and hold harmless “Orzechsoft” from any third-party claims or demands arising directly out of your gross violation of these Terms of Service.
