This beautiful looking Axis Super Sport in the Custom Made features some extra tricks you won’t find in your regular Axis. The body is made of basswood with a stunning, perfectly bookmatched quilted maple top. The neck is nicely figured birdseye maple with a 10 inch rosewood fingerboard featuring 22 medium frets. The bridge is where it gets fun, the typical Music Man’s Vintage tremolo has been fitted with Fishman Powerbridge piezo saddles, allowing for some nice mix of acoustic-like tones in your palette. Speaking of tones, the original DiMarzio humbuckers have been replaced with a set of golden Bare Knuckle Polymath pickups. The controls allow you to blend in the piezo pickups and also utilize some in between sounds with a 5 way pickup selector switch.
