The JPX features a trio of premium tonewoods: mahogany, maple, and alder. It has a chambered body for enhanced resonance. Split coil pickups + piezo and custom DiMarzio electronics make it a super flexible instrument as all JP guitars are, while an extended lower horn recess makes for effortless access to the upper frets. Its sparkly high-gloss Barolo finish looks stunning.
The guitar is in great playing condition, although it has a number of cosmetic defects. Has lacquer chipping on the neck, courtesy of past fret sprout. The wood is well settled now. Also has a number of scratches and chips all over the body, as it must have been extensively played. Slightly lifted lacquer behind the nut. Output Jack plate has surface rust.
