What we have here is the ESP Truckster – the fifth model in the James Hetfield Signature Series, born from the enduring collaboration between Hetfield and ESP that began in 1991. This model is built to the exact specifications of James’s original Truckster – a modified ESP Eclipse-style stage guitar famously used during the St. Anger tour. It is amazing to see faithfully recreated multi-layered finish. It is strategically sanded through and fully distressed to simulate the original. In essence, Truckster is a solidbody electric guitar that gives you the vibes, sound, and feel of James Hetfield’s axe! While looking killer, it’s also built for performance and loaded with essential metal tone. Your metal journey will be accompanied by EMG 81/60 active humbuckers.
