The RG8520ZE model was introduced by Ibanez in 2017 as part of their prestigious high-end J Custom series. Crafted in Japan by the renowned FujiGen factory, this guitar was a special spot model available exclusively through the Japanese retailer Ikebe Gakki. It features a thick 4mm thick exotic maple top with binding. As for the body – we have an African mahogany, offering a deep and meaty tone. The neck is a very snappy combo of bolt-on construction and maple/walnut, reinforced with titanium rods. This axe has rosewood fingerboard with the intricate Tree of Life vine inlay, a signature detail of the J Custom line. Besides looking killer, this puppy packs a serious punch – Edge Zero double locking tremolo bridge equipped with a removable ZPS tuning stabilizer, dual EMG active humbucking pickups, Gotoh tuners. Did I mention that the guitar is PINK? I say hell yeah!
The guitar is in great condition, little to no traces of use.
