This PRS was made to the spec of Dragonforce’s lead guitarist Herman Li. And what a spec it is! Herman wanted a thin instrument that would withstand the craziest dive bombs and abuse during Dragonforce’s expressive performances. And they delivered! Visually, the guitar is stunning – has a high quality flame maple top and very characteristic sculpting around the input jack and pickup selector.
At the core of this instrument are Li’s signature Fishman Fluence pickups which deliver a variety of sounds. The neck is quite flat (20” radius) and feels very fast. The neck joint allows easy access to the highest frets, 4 of which are scalloped.
This guitar is in great condition. It has 2 minimal dents on the right edge near the pickup selector that we tried to photograph. Other than that, it’s gorgeous.
